Millook
	click to enlarge   The descent to Millook Haven, for the unsuspecting motorists, can prove to be a little alarming, as the narrow coastal road descends a 1in 3 gradient. There is very limited parking and it is, therefore, preferable to make use of the car park at the side of the coastal road to the north of Millook, on the Bude side. The small beach is rather pebbly, however, the patterns and chevron rock folds in the towering cliffs are prominent here and of much interest to geologists.		click to enlarge Advertise on this site
